Spending Spree!

Oh lord, forgive me for I have sinned.... I'm guilty of splurging my money. Yep, even Thengz can be guilty of spending loads of cash and I always thought that I would become as miserly as my dad when I grow up. Guess people really change when they get 'rich'. In recent weeks I've probably blown nearly 200 bucks on board games, 800 bucks on a camera and its warranty, 150 bucks on a speaker that sounds nice and looks great, and 50 bucks on an iPod Nano dock for the Nano my little priness bought for me. Which brings my total expenditure on material items to a whopping1200 bucks and counting.

Anyway, all this money is well spent not wasted, the same can't be said of the money left in my bank now, sitting there 'trying' to collect some respectable interest. Got to find some ways to invest my money. In the mean time, here are some shots taken with my brand new Lumix FX9! Pictures of my new room and new gadgets. Enjoy and please don't drool!

Anyway, the site seems to have some problems, the initial one that I created under my nick showed 'brave' when I clearly selected something else. So I have to recreate another one as they can't let me edit it.

Newsflash: Resident Blogger Gone Missing!

Resident blogger, Thengz, has gone missing for more than 1 month. Initially, it was thought that he would only be stopping his entries for a week or 2 as he has to move into his newly renovated house and prepare for the Chinese New Year.

However, it has been almost a month since Chinese New Year has passed and yet there is still no news of the nonsensical Thengz or Spaceman Spiff as he is known in some circles.

Sources claim that the intrepid spaceman has been too busy playing boardgames, exploring new boardgames online and basically spending his year end bonus to be bothered to blog. Other sources claim that Thengz is too comfortable in his new room, so much so that whenever he gets home, he just lazes on the bed and stare blankly at the ceiling. If this really is true, rumours that Thengz has becomed an obese pig may well be true.

Previous attempts to contact Thengz have proved fruitless. However, early this morning, besides the daily spam mails promoting a pill for the growth of the male reproductive organ, our reporter received an e-mail from Thengz claiming that he is actually beginning not to hate programming and that he has received yet another hefty bonus. Besides this, the sender also claims that Thengz would be going to Panama some where around the 10th of March. The integrity of the e-mail could not be ascertain at time of press.

***Damn, I'm bored at work this afternoon... Maybe I should go watch the earthworm drill a tunnel from one end of the garden to the other! Sounds intersting!***
